I super recommend some kind of screen protection. I used to not do it for a long time, until I decided to sell some of my gadgets. The screens were really beat. From now on I always add some kind of screen protection or a case.
You could go to a mall and find the Invisible Shield booth, they will do put it on for you. I placed a screen protector on my psp but there is this dust in it would it harm my psp?

DO not use that adhesive psp screen cover. So many bad reports. Now I hear another bad report about it.
No the dust will not hurt it. I just dont suggest leaving it on the LCD screen for months or years.
Get a whole psp body protector. It protects your screen VERY well and has some neat gadgets like another door on the back of the cover. google "crystal psp cover" or go on ebay and do that
