Absolute iAmp Widget, to get my favorite online radio station.
Clocks. I like to have a couple clocks set to the time zones I need. My current one is the AGS LED digital clock.
Calendar which shows the whole month. I uses the one included with Windows.
Network monitor. There are plenty out there, so it doesn't matter which.
Weather. Again the one with Windows, set for local weather.

hELP ME with windows 7 (Gadgets)!!!?

ADIDIAS
My computer has windows 7 and there's an option that lets you have gadgets like the clock, calender,CPU Usage, full moon, weather and so on...
What I want are:
1)There's an icon/gadget that's called DayMon and it reminds you of birthdays or anniversaries in the next 7 days, 30 days etc...
But the thing is I can't find the option where I can note birthdays and stuff like that & if I don't note, how will it be able to remind me? So please let me know how to get rid of this problem...
2) I want to be able to know the time of 6 different countries, for example local time in America,Italy,England,Australia,Japan etc...
Well ,you see my family is spread all over the world....
So then please tell me how to do that because my clock only shows the time of only 1 country's..
Oh please help me, I need these things....
Oh, hey you computer geniuses come on help me, PLEASE!!!
Answer
Those windows 7 gadgets use too much resources!
My family is spread across the world as well - so here's what I do for displaying different clocks:
Right click on the clock in your task bar and click on the option for "Adjust date/time" - that'll give you a dialog window. Click on the "Additional Clocks" tab and activate those. For some reason it only gives you the ability to do two additional clocks (so three in total) - but it works out for me. I have family members in Phoenix, New York, Paris, Tunis, Stockholm, Warsaw, and Manila. So I have one clock set to NY time (for NY/Phx), one for Paris (Paris, Tunis, Stockholm, Warsaw), and one for Manila. I still have to calculate time differences once in a while but it's not a huge deal, because it's only +/- 2 hours.
At one point, when I was still using the windows 7 gadgets, I had a clock gadget on my desktop for each city I had family members in. Basically I just added a new clock gadget and labeled it with the city.
So there's two solutions to your time zone issue. Reminding you of birthdays though, I'll leave that to someone else. I use Google calendar for that kind of stuff at the moment.
