Q. Im not trying to get pregnant.. I probably get sex once a fortnight to once a month, but even when we do have sex I am not satisfied.. I go onto redtube and youporn so that I can try to satisfy myself, but i dont want it to be like this forever... do you think its the withdrawal method? ie; do you think my sexual frustration is all just in my head??? ...help

Please understand sexual desire is in the mind not in body. you can have good sex if you have proper foreplay and good company, a happy surrounding and peace of mind. I think you do not have much work and hence having problems. Divert your attention to something else like reading, exercise, cooking, friendship etc and think about sex only when you want it and your companion was available.
Other times please do not think about it since you will be visualizing about sex and expect that from your mate and when he does not respond to it you get frustrated. Pornographic films, shows are exaggerated and are for commerce and they do things which normally others cannot practice. Please remember that they are doing for money and may be doing in so many days filmed and shown as real with gadgets, tricks etc.
Practice yoga and divert attention you will start enjoying sex. Also follow different postures.

When we wear heels it shifts the dynamics of the gait, in simpler terms it shifts our weight from our heels to our toes which dramaticly changes our posture making our legs and body look more elongated. Not only that when we're forced to be on our toes like that we have to try harder to balance, so in other words if we slouch mostly likely we will fall forwards because of the simple fact that gravity works.
