As a female, I'm all for new gadgets. Keep in mind, however, that sure, some of it may be genetics, but I'm willing to place money that it's more cultural than that. Boys are given gadgets at a young age, or at least gadgets are hyped towards them. Girls just aren't conditioned to have that response.

How can I stop elderly men from getting attracted towards me ?

I am thinking very seriously why this should be happening. Am I at fault ? Am I giving wrong signals to these 40 plus men ? I am not saying they are interested physically but psychoogically and emotionally they do feel some attraction for me. I have talked to some of them and they have admitted they feel "rejuvenated" and "energized" after interacting with me.

And this category is wide spectrum - My teachers, Yahoo contacts, even relatives, my dance and smwimming teachers, even neighbours.

Looking out for serious replies only.

Was being a victim let me try to analyse:
1. The politenes, frankness, completeness, respect in interaction on net is rare among all men & women.
2. Being intelligent and at same time beautiful is lethal combination.
3. Rare feature of interest even in gadgets a male arena.
4. Framing the questions, selecting best answers, commenting on them shows a more practical person.
5. With all these a girl is also able to dance, swim etc.
6. Presence of mind, logic behind the text, open ness, kind ness, typical Indian girl mentality which we like, respect to the spouse, core understanding about the men & their hormones etc later, my hands are paining... :-)

What else a man generally look in a woman. Why not he should be attracted by any way. Only way is to keep announcing that you are about to get married month after month, year after year till u get married,,,, lol.

Why is my mobile (cell phone) AIM buddy list not showing everyone who is online?

I have an LG VX7000 and when I sign into AIM on it with the downloadable software (I got it from Verizon's network) my online buddies category does not show everyone who is online. I know its not showing everyone because I will log onto my PC and all these other people are online. Is it just because of the phone/ service or is there some problem I'm doing?

you have to add them to your group called "Mobile Device" (from your pc) and then go into your phone and do "Refresh Buddy List". Also make sure you have this 'turned on' in the Mabile AIM Dashboard http://mobile.aol.com/mobileaim sign in on the right and then check "Alow/Forward IMs to my phone". NOTE: I tried "Buddy List" and "Everyone", but it still made me move them to "Mobile Group" on my PC. Also there is a limit of 30 buddies when you do this. Good luck!

Why do people like showing off their gadgets such as smartphones, cameras etc?

Guys/girls, help me out here. Why do people like showing off their gadgets such as smartphones, cameras etc? I mean I can understand if it is something that very few people have, like for example a rare Hermes Birkin bag that costs at least $20,000. But electronic gadgets I canât understand since everyone has them and theyâre not exactly expensive. Is there an unwritten social decorum somewhere here that I am missing?

Because materialism makes people feel good about themselves.
Anything new be it a toilet brush or a new iphone its going to bring a smile to your face.
This need for posessions is shortlived after a week or so they get over it. Its like children, take two siblings for instance one starts playing with a toy the other got three christmas' ago and yet the other child is hell bent on trying to get that toy back because all of a sudden it looks exciting again. This is the same when we are adults, a prime example is in the film american psycho where all the men show off there new business cards. Anything new is worth the show off in the human minds opinion. Just like the Hermes Birkin handbag. Some people like new some like vintage but at the end of the day we are all responsible for showing off.

My husband has been working really hard and I'd like to do something nice for him to let him know how much I appreciate him. We don't have a lot of money so I'm looking for low cost ideas to let my man know just how much he means to me. What are some surprises that men like?

I leave notes on my husband's pillow and buy his favorite comfort foods. I send him sexy texts and then follow through when he comes home. I leave notes in his lunch bag and do all the chores so he doesn't have to worry about anything. (He works REALLY hard too) I only work part-time and he works Mon thru Fri 8am to 10pm because he's getting his PHD

I bring him juice and coffee in bed in the morning and make his lunch every day. I cook as much as possible. This may sound silly but I respect the sanctity of our bed by making sure its made up really nice everyday.

If I'm going to buy him a present I look to what he's interested in; he likes hunting, flashlights, magazines and gadgets so its not too hard to find something small for him.

He is so good to me so I like to wait on him whenever possible. It makes me feel really good and he appreciates it SO much. He treats me like I'm the only woman on the planet. We have a very traditional relationship and I love it. We cater to each other in a very special way.
