call is unlimited, but yeah, ultimate offering, Monster reborn are banned post september 2013. I don't play gods, but I know a guy who does, and he summons with giant rat and the special summon cards like mystic tomato to summon faster, so I guess your deck though right now is completely legal besides the two I mentioned earlier.
