Making the Yahoo! Today section into a Google Gadget (or an RSS Feed)?

Should be self explanatory, I want to make the Today section on the front page of Yahoo! into a gadget for Google. Is it possible?

Here are the RSS feeds that you can get from Yahoo News. I believe that Yahoo Today is the same as "Top Stories."

How would this apply to other RSS feeds besides Reuters? I can't seem to get Vista to display RSS feeds anymore on my gadget panel. Thanks for your answers.
