What should I do for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend?

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for almost a year and I am now trying to come up with things for us to do. It is winter and our anniversary in on February 1, 2014. In the morning of that day we will be ice fishing so this is more for after 4pm ideas. We are very close, we protect each other like brother and sister, we get long like best friends, and we love each other as if we have been together for over 100 years. We are very country. So I don't want ideas like going to see a movie, playing games, laying in bed watching movies. Neither of us are in to that. I had already thought maybe a romantic dinner would be nice but I need more than that. He isn't very romantic or good at stuff like this which is why I am planning our one year anniversary. Which is unfortunate. I am 16 years old turning 17 soon and he is 17 years old turning 18 soon. I also need ideas on what to get him. He loves hunting, fishing, his truck, being outdoors. Please help me out, I would very much appreciate it. Thank you :)

Do you have Bass Pro Shops there? They have great restaurants and are really cool places to go. You could surprise him with a hard to find lure or a really nice handheld GPS, ice fishing electronics gadgets, etc. Cabelas has all kinds of things. I was thinking a sleigh ride or something like that might be fun as well. I don't know where you live. Happy Anniversary btw. I am happy you met someone you really go on well with!

For example, I dislike it when the cases of my electronic gadgets don't match the systems themselves.

I have a light blue DSi and bought the only case that I could find at the time, a dark pink [magenta?] one that also looks red or even purple.

I know that it doesn't really matter but I guess you could say that one of my quirks is needing certain things to match.

I also get upset if my stuff shows even the smallest of scratches.

Do you have any habits that may irritate others?

-i eat m&ms and skittles in rainbow order
-i always match the color of my shirt to something (a hair tye, socks, underwear, ect)
-if my dad leaves a window open 2 inches and doesn't close it. eather you open a window or you don't.
-people coghing or sneezing in the early hours of morning (i think its just loud and obnoxious even though they can't help it)
-stating opinions as facts (specifically when teachers tell you to analise something and then tell you your wrong if you don't say what they thought)

and many more i'm sure. those are just some of my stranger ones
