How can I download a gadget which displays weather and tide tables on my computer desktop?

I would like on of those things on my desktop which displays the weather so that when I turn my laptop on, it will display the forecast. I would also like it to display the time of high tide where I live. How can I do this? Do you know any good download sites? I have a Windows 7 PC.

right click with your mouse then click gadgets drag the weather one on the desktop. In the corner of it it has a gear or the letter "i" click and enter your zip code.

How do I make the temperature display in the System Tray?

I have Windows 7 on my laptop, and I need to have the outdoor temperature in Livonia, Michigan display in the system tray, along with the time and date. How do I get that?

Windows 7 provides weather gadget which can display temperature and weather conditions near your location on desktop. However, it cannot display temperature in system tray. I did some research online and found a few third party utilities capable of indicating temperature in system tray. For ex WeatherGopher, Weather Channel App etc. You may download WeatherGopher from http://bit.ly/1aHfQ7x and Weather Channel App from http://wxch.nl/ZNezUl.
