Q. For a pep rally Friday, myself and the band I'm in are going for the theme, "Eye Spy The Spartans."
They say you could dress up as anything, but I'd like to go along with something more relative to the theme.

ny ideas?
Would be appriciated.
Thx.

Answer
Well, if "Spartan" is part of the theme, go as Greek gods and goddesses.

But if you're schools mascot is the Spartan, and "Eye Spy" is the theme, (which seems more likely), you should go dressed up as items in a crime scene.

Giant magnifying glass: You wear black, and your body is the handle. Make the lens out of hula hoops and use saran wrap for the glass. Leave a hole in the saran wrap to fit tightly around your head, under your chin and around the top of your head so the lens stands up in the air

Soiled carpet: Take a plain white shirt and white pants and squirt red paint all over them. After the red paint dries, step in a little bit of black paint and leave foot prints across the shirt.

Corpse: Put make up on to look pale and kind of gray. You want to look freshly dead, not like a zombie. Maybe put a bunch of "blood" stains all over a shirt to look like stab wounds, and a red line across the front of the neck with some dripping to look like a slit throat. A lipstick kiss print on the collar would be cool, like an angry lover is the murderer.

The murder weapon: This will take a tiny bit of artistry. Paint the blade of a knife on the front and back of a white shirt, tuck it into black pants for the handle. Add whatever detail you want for a fancy knife, maybe a gold belt for the guard between the handle and the blade

Detective: There has to be someone to do all the "Eye Spy-ing" of course. Go all Sherlock Holmes. Maybe try some inspiration from Inspector Gadget with a tan trench coat. Or a black trench coat and a fedora hat with a suit!

Does the iphone 5 need a scratch guard?

Mrunal The

due to its gorilla glass display i hav seen in many youtube videos that the iphone 5 display remains uneffective to scratches. Is it true? will it need any scratch guard or screen protector?

Answer
If you take good care of your iPhone, it shoudn't need a screen protector. If you toss it in the same pocket with the keys, though, it'll get scratched. Also gorilla glass can be scratched by sand, so be careful at the beach.

I like to keep my gadgets protected with a wallet case, that way the screen is always cushioned, but no nasty screen guards need be applied.

There's a decent selection of cases like that online:
