I accidentally x'ed out the weather gadget that came with my dell windows 7. I right clicked and pressed add gadget and the weather gadget was not there! It was powered by accu wather and blended into the background unless you hovered the mouse over it. Where can i download it?
Answer
Joe,
Open Windows Sidebar.Click the (+) top left of the sidebar window, this is the options tab.Click weather tab>if this does not open accuweather.Click the "get more gadgets online" link at bottom>scroll thru list until you see accuweather. Now add it to the sidebar and click ok.
If needed you can reinstall the Dell Stage program from the link below.

That gadget's crashed. To fix it, just remove it from your desktop and add it again - that should fix the problem, albeit only temporary. If that doesn't work, try a system restore - something might have changed on your computer that's broken the gadget. And if that fails too, you could always install one of the hundreds of other weather gadgets on Windows Live Gallery - I'm sure at least one of them will suit you.
... Or you could reinstall Windows entirely, which is a really big jump, and should only be done as a last resort - it'll lose you all your programs.
