It stopped working for me too on the Windows 7 gadget. It seems that Yahoo changed something AGAIN. None of these symbols work for me: INDU, $INDU, ^DJI, ^DJI2MN. Yahoo doesn't seem to care.

Stocks 3 gadget not showing Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) for some reason?

Seems that Yahoo have had to remove this symbol at the request of Dow Jones, if you enter INDU into Stocks 3 that should work o.k. at least for the moment. See this thread for some further information.
