Why couldn't I add widgets/gadgets to my blog?

Q. I started my blog recently.. I could not add widgets or gadgets to my blog. Can anybody tell me how to add widgets/gadgets to my blog?

Nice Telugu Blog....But You Are Using Dynamic Mode... When you are using it's difficult to use widgets

so use classic templates or download blogger templates from online
