Its a metal bar about 2-3 feet long (color varies but usually black). Grips on the end & the middle is a spring coil. You use it to tone up your arms. It bends at the coil center which is the resistance. It was kind of popular in the early-mid 90's.
Its not the compression bar that has the meter on it that you squeeze the ends, & has the straps on it that you can do a "bow & arrow" exercise thing with.
I have been trying to find mine after a move recently & cant find it, I havent seen it in Sports Authority or any where else. Even tried Ebay, Amazon, Overstock & Target. I think I just dont know what is called to do a search for it. HELP!!
