on the windows vista screen display I lost my gadgets on the side the ones where you have calender, clock, weather etc... well it disappeared and I don't know how to get it back plz tell me how. They were a big help.
Answer
1- Click the Windows logo key and then the space bar.
2- You can show or hide the Windows Sidebar by clicking the Windows Sidebar icon in the sytem tray or by clicking Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Windows Sidebar.
3- If the above doesn't work, try the following:
- Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, right-click Command Prompt and
- select "Run as administrator".
- Type these commands one by one:
Regsvr32 atl.dll [enter]
Regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Sidebar\sbdrop.dll" [enter]
Regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Sidebar\wlsrvc.dll" [enter]
