What type of communication gadgets are out there for rider to passenger communication?

Answer
There are communication devices my motorcycle club uses them on long trips. These devices allow us to talk to other bikes or our passenger and our passenger has the ability to talk to everyone also.
These devices are on the baby minder frequency so there is not allot of chatter on the frequency unless there are a lot of them in a town that you may be going through. These came in quite handy on our trip to Canada and then when we dropped down into yellowstone park I keyed the mike and told everyone the history of the park as I knew it.
These are wired into your helmet and there is a speaker and microphone, with either vox activation or a push to talk button mounted on your handlebars. I would recommend push to talk as the vox can be activated by the wind noise.

How can I lose 15 pounds in about two months?

Baby Badge

I am 14, and weigh 137 lbs. I want to be below 130, by summer, and I have no idea how to do it. I hate running, and I love to bike. I biked over 23 miles over this past weekend, and didn't lose a pound. I am eating less, but only at school, because my mom would kill me if i didn't eat at home. I am pretty desperate to lose this weight. I hate it, and want it gone. Please, any suggestions would be appreciated!(:
I excercise daily, for about an hour.

1. Eat less. Eat three balanced meals and three nutritious snacks every day.

2. Walk more - aim for at least 10,000 steps a day, which is about 5 miles - a pedometer is an inexpensive gadget that will help you with this.

3. Drink a lot of water - at least 8 big glasses a day.

4. Begin a weight lifting program.

5. Record what you eat and your exercise so that you know there is a "calorie deficit" - that you have burned off more than you took in.
