What electronics should I buy for Christmas?

Christmas is coming up and I have no clue what I should buy. I'll be getting around $400. So with that said, what electronic gadgets should I look at? I have an HDTV, PS3, and a laptop. I have a Virgin Mobile cell phone that is getting a little old but I dont think I really need to renew it. What gadgets should I get to use either for my laptop or connecting to my tv. Also what cool gadgets are there I can get at the store for Christmas?

He is Mr. fix it, but already has every tool in the store, so no tools. He loves electronic gadgets but I don't know much about those, no tvs. No clothes, shoes, watches, books, wallets, music, or movies he has enough. In his spare time he likes spending time with us and our pets, watching movies, and likes coffee and sweets.
Any ideas?
