I don't know what I want for my birthday.
Originally I wanted to go skiing but my brother said it would interfere with his school work. Now I can't go, and I don't know what I want.

Any theme parks in your area that you want to visit? Gift card to your favorite store? Maybe ask for a new gadget, like a camera, e-book reader, something that relates to your interests.

I'm a guy, don't have much of an idea what girls want. At last resort ask for money, but you might seem rude if you do so, if you have parents that don't like to give money as a gift.

What can I buy my best friend for his 14th birthday?

Q. I have no idea what to buy for him! He loves technology and anything to do with gadgets, he's crazy about football and he's not very touchy-feely or deep and he'd rather watch a senseless movie with good graphics than a sensible one without much graphics. Suggestions people? I bought him a lava lamp last year (he had this obsession with aliens so I bought him a space ship shaped one). What can I buy him this year? I want it to be something he'll cherish!

buy him like one of those dog tags .. with he's name on it . i bought my 14 year old brother that and he loved it :D
