How a blogger user can create a new aside page that be linked to his/her blog ?

I had a similar question when I started with Blogger last month. I made an entirely separate Blogger blog - several actually. I wanted to have my articles categorized, and although Labels provide a very basic means of categorization, they don't really make an "aside" page.
Depending on what you need you might be able to get away with just creating an article for this aside page and linking to that article page. If you actually want the aside to be its own blog or even just a static text block in the Blogger template, then you might consider what I did, which was unfortunately a lot of work.
I have my primary blog with "feature articles" and then several mini-blogs with quick tips, news, and such. This is not necessarily recommended because if you use custom templates and widgets it's a lot of work to unify the separate blogs. Also, the standard Blogger search does not work across multiple "mini-blogs."
I had to turn to custom layout modifications to solve those problems. I added a Google search that would search my entire Blogger site and tabs at the top to navigate between the separate sections. If you are unfamiliar with HTML and CSS you could get away with adding a Link List gadget and moving it above your blog content to form a sort of menu.
As icing on the cake, I use my own domain for the blog which allows me to give subdomains to each of the separate blogs (sites.morenp.com, offers.morenp.com, and news.morenp.com). This allowed me to tell the Google search box on my blog to only search morenp.com, which in turn searches all of the entries at once.
The end product works very well - I have added co-bloggers who only have access to one or two sections of the blog, and the primary section remains free of the cluttering smaller articles. I post 1 to 3 mini-blog articles daily so the final product is definitely a success despite the issues.

How do you make a slideshow in the sidebar out of images posted in entries on Blogger?

I want a slideshow of images from any of my posts to appear all together in a slideshow.
This is on BLOGGER.
Also, you would be an even bigger help if you knew how to make a slideshow out of images from entries with certain labels.
I hope that makes sense.

The second one....it's still not possible. At least I've never seen such a thing...
But you can do this manually with a "HTML/javascript" gadget from ADD A GADGET.
Use the following code:

<img border="0" src="URL ADDRESS OF HOSTED PIC"/>
</a>
....use more pics in the same gadget....place them one after another..and place some text also.....
