I am starting a new blog. I wanted to add new gadgets to my blogs from another site. After copying the code and transfer to my blog template, the gadget becomes shorter or right side cut off.
What should I do? Anyone can help me to change the script?

Blog's default template are usually set to accomodate graphics up to a certain width. For such cases, you will need to re-edit your script to shrink the graphic. Or if the size isn't a problem, perhaps you could do a left align code to your script to push the graphic as far left as possible because some script by default calls for a middle alignment. I need to see the script to make any changes.

How do I add a search button to find specific posts in my blog (blogspot)?

I am so new to this and can't find a gadget that seems to work in blogger. I basically want to create a button where you click on it and it will find all posts that are an upcoming event in my blog. How do I do that?
And how do you add a basic "search your blog for..." search gadget to your blog?
