My son is 10 & this age group still LOVES:
tattoos
candy
miniture games (not little toys...that is "too babyish" for them LOL!)
Glow sticks/glow necklace or bracelets
yo-yo's
ANYTHING that they can use to play tricks on people (whoppie cushions, disappearing ink.. ect.)
cool pens
w/it being the summer time beach themed items are always safe
flip flops
beach balls
* with this age group you will be surprised at what intrigues them, they love little gadgets and the girls this age are into high school musical, jonas brothers, and miley cyrus.

What is the best camera upgrade under $100?

Sam
I have $100 I want to spend on my camera. I have a canon rebel XSi with a 18-55mm kit lens, a 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS, both canon brand. I have no lens hoods for either of them. I have a cheapy gadget bag that came with the camera. I have memory cards and a memory card reader. I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks in advance.

This little piece of self-contained sunshine:

Not a fancy TTL unit, but if you take a little time to learn how to use this thing, you won't *need* a TTL unit. You can get 2 of these and a set of radio slaves for the cost of one Canon 430EX!
