Check with your local hospital. Find out where they buy their laboratory glassware. You need a graduated cylinder or flask of some kind. These will usually be in milliliters, but you can do the conversion easily to get ounces. If this is for your work, your employer should pay for your time and materials.

I wanna start a gadget reviewing website. Please tell me do i have to buy gadgets or plead the companies to send me the gadgets for free...????

what you would need to do is buy some gadgets and get your site known as a good one for reviews.
when you have established a name as a good reviewer then they would fall over themselves to send you gadgets.
but they will not just send them just for you to play with them you have to spend out and prove you are a good site first.
