Answer
There are all kinds of posture corrective braces, but as for gadgets, there is one called PostureCurve and you can use it even in the car or on a chair. This is how it looks like http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013O788O/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwgiftidscom-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B0013O788O

Answer
The most common causes of lower back pain are:

1. Poor seating and poor posture
2. Emotional stress-commonly leads to muscle weakness and back pain
3. Sleeping uncomfortably on the wrong kind of mattress
4. Lack of exercise and general mobility - The public today is less mobile and with gadget like remote controls and mobile phones are moving less when in the home
5. Overweight - The body needs certain ingredients to function properly and at poor diet can take its affect on a personâs muscles and bones
6. Over-activity and Excessive sports
7. Poor muscular balance

Here are some list a few such quick remedies for back pain:

Gentle massages: A gentle massage can help you soothe the strained muscles. Rub BioFreeze to the area of your body body where you feel the cramped muscles. This improves blood circulation in the area and relieves the cramped muscles.

2. Hot showers: A warm bath or hot shower can also help relieve muscle cramps. Allow water that is as hot as you can bear to flow over the cramped muscles. The heat will relax the muscles.

3. Stretching: If the muscles in your calf are cramped then try this method. Stretch your legs towards your head with the toes pointing upwards. Stay in the same position for 30 minutes, this also helps relax the muscles in the back of the thighs.

5. Compression packs. Many people with back pain find that using either hot or cold compression packs helps reduce pain. You can make you own cold compression pack by wrapping a bag of frozen food in a towel. Hot compression packs are often available from larger pharmacies. You may find it useful to use one type of pack after the other.
