Why won't my Windows 7 gadgets load on the desktop when I turn computer on?

When I power the computer on, Win 7 loads my desktop settings, but it won't load the gadgets. To get my gadgets to appear, I have to right click and select "Gadgets" to get them to appear. In doing so, it opens the gadgets window and I have to keep closing it. I just want my Win7 gadgets to automatically load when I start the computer. How can I get them to do so?

for the notes gadget you should be able to get it from anyone who has vista, if no either no one uploads it or you cant find it ill install vista on a VM and ill extract from there,

as for the other question about not loading at startup have you checked your msconfig and checked that sidebar is checked
all you have to do to check is to do that is press start and type the search program and files box msconfig and enter..
check on the startup tab and see if the sidebar is checked...
it should be called the entry : "Microsoft Operating System"
there should be two as one will be media center and the other is the sidebar....

How to quit Desktop Gadgets in Windows 7?

I just got Windows 7 and it is awesome, but I just can't get rid of the gadgets on the desktop with out just deleting them one by one. How can I just quit the program?

In Win7, the gadgets aren't their own program like in Vista. You'd have to close them out 1 by 1.
