After writing codes for google gadget or blog template how can i make sure that it contains no bugs without using internet.
By which software i can compile it?
the language used are HTML,XML,JAVASCRIPT,CSS

you need to compile it ,it must be like any other computer language right?after that it needs to be debugged

I already made an account with both and I put the ad gadget on blog. I'm not sure what else I'm suppose to do or am I just suppose to wait? Can someone who understands how it work explain to me what I'm neglecting to do?

ya its right what you does is. You need to add adsense by using gadgets only. And if possible add adsense search box by getting those codes from adsense for search section on your adsense account.
